Business Transactional Services

Business transactional services encompass a wide range of activities, from contract drafting to business formation and franchising. On average, clients can expect to pay:​

Hourly Rate: $400

  • Flat fees for specific services:

    • Business Formation- $750-$2500

    • Franchising- $15,000- $30,000

    • Contracts- $750 and up 

    • Asset/Stock Purchase Transactions- $10,000 and up

 

Business/Civil Litigation

Litigation costs can vary widely depending on the complexity of the case and the length of the trial:

Flat fees for specific services:

Superior/State Court: $15,000 to $75,000

Magistrate/Small Claims: $2500-$5000

 

Divorce Proceedings

The cost of a divorce can depend greatly on whether it is contested or uncontested, and the complexity of the issues involved, including the amount and type of assets and child custody:

Flat fees for specific services:

  • Uncontested divorce: $2800 

  • Contested divorce: $7500-$15,000*

 *($7500 for pretrial litigation + $7500 if your matter proceeds to trial) 

 

Custody Matters

  • Uncontested: $2800

  • Contested: $5000-$12,500*

*($5000 for pretrial litigation + $7500 if your matter proceeds to trial)

Trademark Registration

Protecting your brand with a trademark is an essential investment with relatively predictable costs:

Flat fees for specific services: 

  •  $850 per trademark application, plus

  • USPTO filing fees: $250 to $400 per class of goods/services
