Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shannon Davis Legal for your legal strategy session. Please carefully review our booking policy before proceeding with your appointment: 1. No Refunds All fees for Legal Strategy Sessions with Document Review, are non-refundable once the session is booked and payment is made. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with our office. 3. Charge Dispute Prohibition By booking a Legal Strategy Session, the client agrees not to dispute the charges with their bank or payment processor once the session has been held. If a charge dispute is initiated despite this agreement, Shannon Davis Legal reserves the right to take legal action to recover the fees, including any associated costs. 4. Document Review Limitations If your Strategy Session includes Document Review, please note that it does not include a document redline. The review will consist of a high-level analysis and discussion during the session, but no written edits or tracked changes will be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 5. Credit Towards Retainer If you retain Shannon Davis Legal for the matter discussed in your Strategy Session within 10 calendar days following your session, the Strategy Session fee will be credited towards your retainer fee for that specific matter. This credit applies only to the matter discussed during the Strategy Session and is non-transferable to other services or matters. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
